Beautiful complex but DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! New owners took over several months ago. Service level went downhill quickly. No nametags, maintenance has no uniforms (never know who actually works for the complex), office hours change with no notice and they starting charging for everything. Attempted to charge me $50 for a garage remote I already had. Super thin walls, wood floors on upstairs units makes it really noisy and the gate breaks down a lot.
