RecommendedI have lived here almost 6 months and before this I left a very long negative review I want to come back and change this review to a positive outcome. Samantha is very professional and she took care of our bug problem and we have I had them come back. I am assuming it was from the trash can outside that we live next to but I am glad to say that know longer have any type of issues with bugs!! Samantha has worked with us for numerous reasons and I just wanted to leave positive feedback!
yeah I only lived here for 4 months, not a fan. maintenance takes on average 4 days to come to you. I have had an issue with the a/c since I've moved here. other issues since move in weren't fixed, they were minor so I'm not focusing on them. they require a 60 day to vacate which I never had to do. normally its 30 in my experience. they didnt even send a reminder which normal places do but it is what it is. so I forgot 5 days into it and now I have to pay 200 and something at the end of my lease. so irritating. management wo... read more
I highly recommend NEVER moving here! Not only did they rob me for almost 1600 a month for 2 years for a 2-bedroom but finding every reason to steal my security deposit when I left which was over 600.. The pool, parks, and BBQ areas are dirty! Cockroaches everywhere.. they have gone through 4 managers and more than 20 different employees in the last 2 years I've been there.. this place is a joke! 2 years was way to long..
