The parking registration system here is atrocious. If you own a car, I’d advised to clearly get that figured before signing any leases

I lived in the Edge for 3 years. My first year was great and had no issues with the apartment or management. In year 2 BlockOne got bought out by the Scion Group who have a D- from the BBB. Everything went downhill from there as management and employees became incompetent. In my last 2 years I had many issues including: going 3 months with no AC. Lived in 23twenty years ago, awful experience all around. Greedy management won't get stuff fixed but will nickel and dime you out of your deposit for every little thing. One of the rooms in my unit was vacant, I came home one day to find that management moved someone into my apartment and went through my stuff without telling me. Disgusting behavior
