Emma at management is beyond helpful! She helped me out with a tough leasing situation.
I lived in the Edge for 3 years. My first year was great and had no issues with the apartment or management. In year 2 BlockOne got bought out by the Scion Group who have a D- from the BBB. Everything went downhill from there as management and employees became incompetent. In my last 2 years I had many issues including: going 3 months with no AC. Lived in 23twenty years ago, awful experience all around. Greedy management won't get stuff fixed but will nickel and dime you out of your deposit for every little thing. One of the rooms in my unit was vacant, I came home one day to find that management moved someone into my apartment and went through my stuff without telling me. Disgusting behavior
The staff is amazing and very quick to try and help with any problems! The one bedroom apartments at university towers have plenty of space so that’s amazing!
I have called the office at least 3 times regarding our deposit, this horrible male recording says they will pass my message along. No call, We did pay a deposit, and 1 of her roommates got her check, with a fight too as of tonight still no check or letter, or return calls. I feel they prey on these college kids hoping they just finally give up. Be aware if you choose to rent from them parking was horrible, because they didn’t enforce towing unless my daughter would tell them she paid for parking and has no space. We later f... read more
