As a group home manager, I have had repeated interactions with this office in their role as conservator for one of our clients. Unfortunately, my experience has consistently been disappointing. Communication is extremely poor. Phone calls often go unanswered, messages are not returned, and when someone does answer, the staff are often dismissive, snippy, and have an unprofessional attitude rather than providing assistance. The 5 star reviews are very shocking to say the least !!! Attorney Earle has not communicated with his client in two months . Phone calls/emails/tasks not completed per the client .
