What a fantastic hotel, so convenient, just a phone call from the arrivals hall on a courtesy phone, a pleasant and helpful Charde at the end of the line to assist with everything. A free shuttle with great service, when we arrived, Charde was expecting us and made us feel very welcome. The room looked and serviced us well, nice and quiet, despite being close to trains and airport. Loved the hotel. Comfy beds , room was very clean more than enough extras such as tv and the included free breakfast was awesome . But what really made the trip for me and my partner was Charde. What a lovely person. She was so kind and helpful and was more than happy to help book our sightseeing trip around San Francisco. Will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends and next time I'm in San Francisco I will be booking with The Dylan at SFO.
