I arrived at this cool little hotel after a long flight from New Zealand. The property is very close to the airport and several restaurants, and has been extensively and exquisitely renovated. It emanates such a cool vibe. There is a lovely courtyard that you can just sit and read in, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and their public area has a wine machine and a very generous happy hour. Very nice quaint hotel. The front desk person (Marco) was extremely kind and helpful. Our room was very clean and cozy. Very comfortable bed! I loved the decor throughout the lobby and our room. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely look forward to staying again when we return to the area.
Very close to Millbrae BART and Caltrain station. Good parking. Close to shops and restaurants. Has something of a quirky atmosphere. The disappointment was the breakfast room. Supplies running out. Rubbish bin not emptied. Tables not wiped between guests. Management needs to look at how the breakfast room is staffed and operates. It lets down an otherwise good establishment.
The place itself had great location, exceeded well beyond our expectations with Clean rooms, friendly staff and free breakfast. Our stay was stress free and quiet :)

What a delightful surprise, finding this hotel nearby when stranded at SFO overnight. We would totally stay here again when actually planning a visit to San Francisco. And what fun—our room had a turntable record player with four albums to choose from. Awesome!
