If a consumer books a hotel and attempts to cancel 2 or months in advance I find this hotel policies sub par to decide not to refund a client. All reputable organizations refund up to 24 hours of booking. All the hotels available via the Dreamforce conference gave a month grace to cancel. I provided over 2 months and was not allowed a refund. Totally unacceptable and a rip off. I will be notifying my company and Salesforce about this hotel.

Fantastic place - great breakfast, great rooms, friendly staff... close to eateries and BART... and free parking! They have a shuttle bus that runs to and from the airport... ticks all the boxes 🙂
Wonderful stay! Awesome staff! Amazing remodel. Comfy beds, great breakfast options. Only {small} glitch was our shower-not remodeled, not great pressure, and didn’t fit in nicely in the whole “picture.” But we will stay here again for sure!
Stay here when flying out of SFO. Good service an can leave your auto where you parked it.
