The Douglas is in a prime location with beautiful greenery and scenery. It's close to the beautiful Portland waterfront and friendly bars/restaurants/shops. Best of all it's dog friendly �
I have lived in this apartment complex for a year and a half and have seen it go through three different management companies, this one is by far the best!
