This place is a scam. Do not live here, save yourself the stress.
DO NOT LEASE HERE. Okay I know there are a ton of reviews online these days and you only hear the best or the worst. BUT I decided to ignore all of the terrible reviews of this place and I'm REGRETTING IT BIG TIME. awful managment and terrible apartments
We've lived here for 4 1/2 years and through a couple of management changes. As soon as Templeton Property Management took over, there was an instant increase in quality across the board. We had a maintenance issue, which they dealt with right away, even when it meant calling in a plumber after hours or on a holiday. Overall, we've been very happy with The Douglas and Templeton Management.
The Douglas is great next to the river and close to gorgeous downtown Portland.
