Went to the Saratoga location and horrible customer service ! They ladies in the front we so rude and to busy in their conversation then rather checking how much my co pay would of have been. So I just left. No thank you never going there again!
This clinic gave me top notch medical care. The staff was very perfessional and attentive.
I had never been here before so of course they had to verify all my insurance info. In the meantime people who walked in after me were being called back and seen. They finally called me back after an hour and a half just for triage then they sent me back out to the waiting room to wait another hour. I waited over 2 hours to get seen. extremely slow to process patients. However the nurse practitioner was very nice gave me 2 shots and got relief within hours. Expect to wait but provider does good job.
Fast service and everyone there is always so nice a s friendly.
