Waited 4hrs for a DOT card......this place sux. I never want to go there again.
FOUR hours. To be sat in a room and wait 30 mins for the doctor to see me for 3 mins. Brush me off and prescribe the most basic antibiotics. Then another 25 mins for a nurse to walk in and tell me she'll ask if I'm good to go. 25 mins again for her to tell me I'm good. When i asked her if the doctor sent a prescription she told me she doesn't know. And if she did it would be at the pharmacy. RecommendedMy brother took my dad in to the Dr's Center Urgent Care in Callen today. They were received and treated so fantastically well. They were a staff that showed they truly care about the well being of their patients that come in. I would like to personally thank that following staff on behalf of my dad and our family: Laura Segovia NP, Anna at the front office, Darnel x-ray tech, and Hilda medical assistant. Thank you once again for caring and going above and beyond to make sure dad was taken care of. The Rodriguez Family.
Terrible customer service, personnel were very unprofessional left being laughed at! Terribly humiliating(Portland location)!!! Never again
I have never had any issues here. I have come here several times for various reasons, The staff have always been very friendly, and they have always treated me very fast. All in all with the weight, triage, and being seen by the doctor, I was in and out with in an hour.�
Went for a follow up visit and as usual, wait nearly two hours to get to a room. Then wait another 30 minutes before a nurse practitioner comes in to see me for exactly 58 seconds. Such a waste of time for bs.
At times like any other facility there are delays and its comprehensive. Personnel are attentive to your needs very respectful, thank-you for your care

Friendly staff and very professional. I was seen in a timely manner I will now use them every time I get sick.
I had to visit this place yesterday for my toe. I asked the receptionist if I have to sign in, and she tells me "no", so I give her my insurance and i.d., and hands me paperwork to fill out. So, because No sign in, after waiting about an 1/30 minutes, someone else got called before me, and he arrived after me. I complained that I was there before him and told recepionist if I WOULD HAVE SIGNED IN, SHE WOULD SEE THAT I WAS THERE BEFORE HIM! FINALLY, get called, then triage process, then wait in room.
