Could not get the treatment I desired "a simple teeth cleaning" on my appointment date. I sent emails and voice mails to avoid this situation and never received any replies. The day of my appointment I was told I HAD to have a periodontal maintenance not the desire cleaning. First the blamed it on my insurance and that was not true, then they said it would be unethical to do a routine cleaning even though my teeth and gums had been fine for the last two years.
