Had been going there for years and it was great. They took on new office staff and it was never the same again. I show up for an appointment only to be told it's not on that day even though I showed text confirmations that I had received. One time they took me in anyway and another time they told me too bad. The new front office staff wasn't nearly as friendly as the original people that I'd dealt with for years. My family members have had similar experiences as well. I had to switch dentists. Love these guys! I travel from Hampton to see them because the staff is amazing and I love my Hygienist. Super laid back feel and I always feel welcomed. They explained my treatment costs up front so I didn’t have any surprise bills which is a relief considering my other experiences else where. I recommend the Bergers!
I love The Doctors Berger. All of the staff is extremely friendly, the hygienists are wonderful, and the doctors are fantastic. Their hours allow me to go before work (which is a bonus for me, as I don’t have to take time off). They take my insurance, but the few times I’ve had to come out of pocket (I was having additional cleanings for a while), the prices are very reasonable. I’ve recommended their office to everyone that has asked!
I live down in Richlands, NC. June 8th I was snacking and the corner of one of my back teeth broke off. Talking to my sister about it she told me about The Doctors Berger, where she goes. So I came up to VA Beach for the week to get my teeth taken care of. Everyone here is absolutely wonderful and completely professional! Great dentist, located conveniently near Virginia Beach Blvd. And Great Neck. Super fair prices, awesome bedside manner, and cool technology. They can do your crown same day by making it in the office with a 3d printer. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
