I agree with most of the comments. The front office staff is absolutely rude, condescending, and I can't believe they allow this. Dr Berger is super cool, but they lost a customer. PS you're not the only Dentist in VB

The reception Elaine is the most rudest and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life. My family and I have been going to the practice for over 15 years and the level of service I received today was totally unacceptable. We will be finding a new dentist to take care of our needs.

After 10+ years of loving this practice, I am leaving because of the awful office staff. They are unprofessional, rude and decietful. After my daughter was bullied by them, I spoke to one of the doctors about it . He admitted they had gotten complaints from other patients as well. Why they tolerate it is beyond me. It was my turn this morning- I have never before encountered such horrible customer service at a doctor's or dentist's office.
The front office ladies were just awful and extremely rude. Miscommunications on their part and absolutely no professionalism. I walked out, never saw the dentist or dental hygienist. She had to take a smoke break I guess.
Had been going there for years and it was great. They took on new office staff and it was never the same again. I show up for an appointment only to be told it's not on that day even though I showed text confirmations that I had received. One time they took me in anyway and another time they told me too bad. The new front office staff wasn't nearly as friendly as the original people that I'd dealt with for years. My family members have had similar experiences as well. I had to switch dentists.
