I purchased some pioneer turntables from the DJhookup, easy to order and they shipped fast. One of the tables had a manufacturing problem, I worked with ********* on addressing it and returning it for a full refund.********* is an outstanding team member as I was angry and frustrated about the problem, he continued to push for a resolution.I would certainly do business with this company again, GREAT JOB ********* for excellent customer service, and Kudos for knowing how to deal with angry customers!!

I recently purchased a flight case from TDJH and had issues with the laptop glide. I connected with *********** in regards to my issue and I received white glove service. He put pressure on the manufactuer to get me a resolution that I would be happy with. It was a lengthy processed but he was able to get me a solution that I was happy with. ********* is definitely an asset to TDJH.

I couldn't have been so fortunate to have purchased my Pioneer PLX-**** & DJM-S11 mixer. Truth be told nothing wrong with the guys at Sweet Water but moved by ** buying to The ** HOOK UP as they team responds faster online and items get to me slightly faster.
