I've experienced something that is no longer practiced, customer service. I called customer service and I've got what I was not expecting, a friendly human that here with the issue I was having with my order. Not only he told me that it would be resolved, I also received an email telling me the the item was on its way. This is very rear nowadays and I appreciate how they were able to resolved my issue fast and efficient.
Very enjoyable online purchase of some big-ticket items. They were 100% transparent, kept me updated of status, and were 100% responsive when I had questions or concerns. Best prices out there, too. Highly recommended.

Even though customer service team was friendly but they refused to honor their 3 months returns policy. the product has a minor defect they refused to take it back but offer repair instead.
