Staff is unhelpful and ignorant. Hope you can fix your own things because work orders at this place are useless as they are never done. It is like talking to a wall with these people.
They will tow your car even though their whole garage is empty, even on nights when street parking is full, so young girls end up walking from a couple streets over the no street lighting. They don't care about or take care of their residents, and they create dangerous situations, stay far away from the district. Ps. It's 230 dollars to get the car back and I even had a guest parking pass in my window that was only a day off
The District is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and accepting, living here makes you feel like you are in a very prestigious apartment. Compared to everywhere else to live around campus this is by far the best bang for your buck!
Pretty cool place besides the 5 mice we caught, heat that doesn't work, the occasional water drip from the ceiling, no way to watch avalanche/nuggets games with the bundled cable, and a broken dishwasher they've yet to fix. However, I do enjoy unlocking my front door with a fob instead of a boring old metal key!
