This place is very overpriced and management is a joke. My son lived there only for 5 months and now we just can't get rid of them. All they care about is payments, nothing else. I would never ever recommend this complex.
This place is disgusting. I can’t believe my daughter has to live here for 10 months. We couldn’t even move in because of the filth in her apartment. We were promised payment from Meredith to offset costs of having to stay in a hotel for a night. Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. Paid less on rent this month and got the robo email. Maybe someone will pay attention now. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Nice facility and amenities; good location. Elevator never seems to work so don't bother requesting a higher floor.
Can u please tell me that if any resident have installed recorders in their apartments... Will u keep any record of this ?? Means u know which apartment has recorders installed by the resident or not ??? Do residents tell you before installing personal security systems?? Your apartments r osm... I am grateful if u reply me... as I need ur response ....it 'll be helpful for me
This place is overpriced as hell and management is even worse. Things break down in the apartment all the time, myself and others have to wait weeks for work orders to be fixed, the only elevator breaks down weekly and our stairwell has been cleaned once in the past year. The whole stairwell smells like hot garbage most days. Best of all, the main reason I decided on this place above any others was their pool.
