It has been a great place for my daughter to stay this year. Roomy, safe and reasonably priced. I especially appreciate the garage parking!
Take it from me an ex resident and past employee, this complex is horrible. There are too many problems to count with the management and the buildings itself. Most of the reviews aren't even reflective of the building or the Managment. They once did a promotion were residents who were just signing their lease were asked to write a review for a free shirt, so of course having not lived there yet gave a 5 star shallow review. The District life is the life for me and there's no other place I would rather be!
They want $450 in application fees and committment to $9,000 per person 12 month lease whlie provided no assurance you will get the roommates you made application with. Go somewhere else and force them to have fully transparent leasing and full disclosure before they take your money. All their bells and whistles do not compensate for not getting the room mate you sought to be with. Shame on the District.
