This place is amazing! The rooms are incredible and the staff are so great, they really make you feel welcome and like family. Fantastic atmosphere and the amazing product this distillery provides makes their drinks match the over all experience of this destination.
Great place. Not just for the delicious vodka, distilled on site, but a great place to stay. Love the ultra cool rooms!

Ugh! Making vodka in a whiskey still. Tastes like bad white dog. Two Carbondale establishments warned me about trying it in a cocktail. I guess over half that are ordered are returned cuz they taste funky.
