We have stayed in hotels all over the world for business and pleasure and think the Marble Distillery was one of the most wonderful experiences we ever had From the very cordial and friendly staff, to the amazingly cool and detailed rooms and public spaces, to the great Vodka everything totally exceeded all expectations Would highly recommend
My husband and I were here for ten minutes and fell in love with this place! Tasting room and John Paul, Shafer, Carey, Dorian and entire crew are fantastic! great cocktail options and service. The room we are staying at the Inn is wonderful with modern amenities and feel and a great little bar to mix your own Marble cocktails in the room! I honestly would not recommend anywhere else! Carbondale is a perfect gem of a town- can't wait to come back!
Gorgeous new boutique hotel and local distillery in Carbondale. I wish I'd booked earlier (weekends fill up fast), but glad we were able to stay for a bit. If you miss out on a room reservation, stop by to check out the gorgeous design and delicious cocktail menu.
We loved our stay at the distillery. The room was perfect with a nice view. Carbondale was a fun mellow town with great food. We'll do it again.
We had a brilliant stay, with a very stylish room in a location perfect to look around this area of Colorado. The very friendly and knowledgeable staff gave us a tour of the distillery and contributed to the first-class experience. Highly recommended and five stars awarded to tell that we will be coming back!

What an epic NYE party last night! Loved the dj, the decorations, and the drinks! Great time.
Modern, tastefully appointed and very intimate. Knowledgeable well trained and friendly staff and just a very fun place to be. We only stayed one night at the Inn but could do a week. This is a must do, taste and stay!
This is a great destination. The distillery is incredible. Rooms are superb. Carbondale is a sweat little mountain town. Plenty of stuff to do here! Love it!
