Gorgeous view of sopris from our room! The ginger cello is my favorite drink.
We loved our stay! The Inn is in the perfect spot to enjoy Carbondale's Main Street AND to relax, as the rooms are comfortable and beautiful!
Walked in to Applejacks Liqour Store to get stuff to make White Russians (thank you Big Labowski). Was approached by Marble's Sales Director Keith to give the Moonlight Expresso a try. Really liked it! I absolutely will be looking for more on my next run. Thanks Keith!
This place is a gem. The drinks there are incredible and the staff is great. Shaefer was very helpful and friendly (helps that he's a fellow SEC fan so we had plenty to talk about). We didn't get to spend as much time in the tasting room as I would have liked, but we did stay one night upstairs. It's an extremely clean, very well planned out inn. Marble Distillery is a shining star in our community. Not only do they have high quality libations, they are community minded and have a brilliant person handling their marketing. Our friends stayed there this weekend and loved it!
