I took our Maltese two times to the new owner and was pleased. The last time(two months ago) when my husband went to pick him up was told that Pepper had fleas and was given flea shampoo which was twenty dollars more. Took him to the Veterinarian two days later and was told there was no sign of any flea infestation on Pepper..was told shampoo would not get all fleas from his body and since Pepper sleeps with us we would definitely have a few flea bites. Am now going to a different groomer.

Pepper was at our shop on 12/5. I wish you would have reached out before now if you were dissatisfied or had questions 3 months later. When the groomer started working on Pepper, She noticed fleas on Pepper. When fleas are discovered we have to quarantine your pup, and try to reach out to the owner and perform a flea bath. We don't just do flea baths on dogs unless they are identified. This is the best grooming salon ever! My dogs always look fantastic when I bring them home. I have one dog that is hard to manage and the groomers here always find a way to work around her behavior issues.
My dogs both love coming here to get groomed! Maci is a nervous dog who has come home just traumatized from other groomers with some really bad haircuts but whenever I come to pick her up from here she's always so happy and her haircuts are always adorable! She's always happy, and running around when I go to pick her up! :) Thanks for such doing such a great job and treating my pup like the princess she is! :)
Take My 4 dogs here! they do an outstanding job! I have 2 pups that arent so nice and they are able to handle them with ease! Great customer service and clean and fresh pups! Love these people and drive over an hour away for these kind of people! will not go anywhere else!!
Best Groomers in the world! Entertaining and very excellent customer service skills. Called and they missed my call didnt leave a message and they called me back right away! never had any other shop do that! took care of my baby and she looked and smelled great! Highly recomend them over any other shops!
We've brought our lab twice since it changed ownership for a "deshedding treatment". Both times she has come home with no change in shedding just smelling better. They have kept her for less than 2 hrs? The previous (old ownership) had her for 3 or 4 hours and would come home and barely shed for 4-6 weeks! Super disappointed I spent nearly $70 and now have to go find another groomer that actually does the job.

Sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the last 2 grooming. Please call and we will re do the groom free of charge if you chose. I will look back as your pup had no issues the 2 times before this with us after the change of ownership and we can set her up with that groomer.A typical lab bath is 30 mins to an hour. with a deshed another 30mins depending on the skin of your pup and how red and irritated it gets.
