RecommendedFirst time to the self serve dog wash. Super friendly staff explaining very clearly how to use the wash system. Super easy to use. Helped me to tether Seager up in the bath so he’d be safe. Great experience, so worth my $21 plus change to not have the mess at home and took less than half the time of bathing at home. We will be back!

Took my shichi Simon in for a groom, and ended up with the groomer Jena, I have to say she was very kind and offered a boat load of help deciding on how I wanted my pup groomed. When I came back to pick him up he ended up turning out much better than I could have expected, I would definitely come back to get a groom for her again! She did an exceptional job and I look forward to her next groom!
I just have to say, for all the people giving the reviews of very MINIMAL stars, need to consider your priorities. 1. They are providing a service. You should pay for said service. If you are unhappy with it, talk with them. They will more than happy work with you or speak with you on what happened/went wrong. 2. They are human beings who get attached to your pets as well. Excellent place to bathe your dogs all by yourself. We have a large husky/wolf mix and she is a terror to wash. We typically pay $40-$60 per wash. We were able to wash and dry her and the place had great amenities. We are never going anywhere else!!

I have been going here for many months and generally have been happy. The young man who cut my dog's hair yesterday butchered her. We were going to get professional photos done because she is dying of cancer and now that is not an option. I will not ever be returning and will not recommend this place. Even more upsetting, the place was filthy filthy dirty. I understand that in a pet salon there will be a lot of hair around but this was unbelievable.

We are very saddened by hearing of Bella's cancer. However from the time of drop off to pick you acted to the most extreme of a very emotionally destrot person. Time of drop off to even before seeing her haircut people including other customers could tell something was wrong by your behaviors and actions. Actions speak louder than words.
