We had the absolute best experience here. Victor helped us create the perfect wedding ring out of my “buddy ring” which made the ring all the more special. I cried when I saw the completed piece because he did such an amazing job! The customer service was amazing and this will be our jeweler from now on. Four years ago my husband asked me to marry him with the most gorgeous ring I've ever laid eyes on. Raffi, from The Diamond Factory designed it and he couldn't have done better. It was only natural that my husband and I would get our wedding bands there too. We challenged him when I present him with three small diamonds passed down from different family branches. The Diamond Factory has some of the best staff of any jewelry store I've visited. They are friendly, knowledgable and patient. They've done excellent repairs to a diamond tennis bracelet that I've worn for years. And when it came time to replace it recently, Raffi was very helpful in helping me select just the right one. Their prices and quality are unbeatable.

We have been looking to reset a stone from a ring that was a part of a family estate. We visited the Diamond Factory on a whim one day when we were at the mall and ended up working with Raffi over a couple of visits to design a new setting for it. Victor turned the design into a new ring that far exceeded our expectation. The entire experience was fantastic. Rafi and Victor were wonderful, very personable and made me feel comfortable. They did an amazing job making my wedding ring. My Mom passed away and I wanted to incorporate her diamonds she left me into my ring. They were very excited to make such a special ring for me. They loved the meaning behind it. 2 generation ring.
