RecommendedThis place is amazing, especially the cousins; you can tell them a description of what you are wanting and they will create it so very beautifully. Have now had Viktor design my wedding band and miscarriage ring, just by describing; ie said wanted a band with sea turtles on it, so unique and love it. Have not had any problems with my wedding ring, and they will offer to clean anytime I come in; like yesterday when went in to get my miscarriage ring.
The Staff here is amazing. I have shopped here for over 15 years. Victor the owner is honest, caring and loaded with integrity which is why I trust him and his company to clean, keep to repair and purchase my jewelry from. The staff was so great to work with. They did everything to ensure that I was going to be 100% happy with my ring, even during the pandemic. Everything from the communication, down to the fine details of my ring were absolutely perfect. Teresa and Victor were both wonderful. I couldn’t be any happier with my decision of going through The Diamond Factory!
The staff here are amazing! They worked with us even during the pandemic when we were unsure if it would be possible to still get the ring made in time for the proposal. They emailed, sent pictures, and called to make sure everything was perfect for me to propose to my Fiancée. She loved the ring, thanks again guys!
The Diamond Factory is AMAZING! The staff is so easy to work with and they helped my husband create the most beautiful engagement/wedding ring. They have the customer's needs and desires as a priority! Also shout out to Raffi for having such a great memory and remembering us months later!
