I had an exceptional experience working with Nate to purchase an engagement ring earlier this year. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide my selection in an informative and pressure-free way. Their inventory was far more extensive and priced more competitively than most of their competitors in town. Brett and Trish are a great duo. Brett helped my husband get an appointment set up to help me look at engagement rings, and when there wasn't something with celtic knots already in stock, he had Trish help me design something custom. My wife and I both got our wedding rings from The Diamond Center and we were so impressed with the great customer service and quality of their products. Every time we needed a ring re-sized they did it in a efficient manner and communicated about the status of the order the entire time. We could not be more please with the service we received!
