Dr. Husky and my hygienist Hai are great. Efficient, speak to me professionally and have a sense of humor. I have never had billing issues or any issues with them. My mom, aunt and I have been going here for years.
Xray is covered 100percent they charged me 54 wont refund me i will not go back and i will tell anyone not to do business with with shady place
Dentists are ok. Best I can say. Office staff used to be good. NO MORE. After the fourth time we had appointment, took day off work, and yet again finding out one of them screwed up. Later I called back attempting to get an explanation from a supervisor, I admit I wasn't very nice, and being told it was our fault, i asked Kim to recommend a new dentist. She hung up on me. Very juvenile. Won't be back.
I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking at dentures. Premium plates will cost you $2198.00 with 5 year warranty but that is not your only cost. You will have to pay another $636.00 in 6 months if you want them to fit. Total cost $2834.00. The first plates will not fit because they are made to big intentionally supposedly to allow for swelling, so then you will have to have them made again. My entire family transferred over to Heartland Dentistry from Dr. Graff's previous office. One reason, TRUST. Our experience with Heartland Dentistry has been nothing shy of spectacular. He stands by his work no questions asked. He has done work for me personally that other dentist failed to do. If you still believe in the good old "take care of family" dentistry, look no further. We won't.
Never again will I go here. Very illiterate reception lady that likes to talk back. When sipposed to call in a prescription like they say they will... they darn sure don't do that. I will never be back nor will I refer anyone here. Reviews and word of mouth go far people. Plus... on the expensive side.
