Just got off the phone with a rude and unprofessional office manager named Emily. This was my 3rd phone call requesting an email for my treatment estimate and info regarding what my insurance would cover since August 2017. She said you can get your own insurance info by calling your insurance. This person didn’t listen and only kept repeating what she wanted me to hear. Then told me to stop talking over her. The dentist here are AWESOME! I had a tooth pulled and she was so nice in explaining each and every step she was doing!! I simply hate the dentist and was extremely nervous the staff is so friendly I felt like I was talking with my friends & not the dentist office!
Made me feel so relax and didn't hurt me so great.
