RecommendedI’ve lived in three different apartment complexes in the area and this one by far beats them all. The staff is amazing and so incredibly helpful, the apartments don’t even feel like apartments, everything is very well maintained and the people that live around me have always been so friendly it makes you feel very safe. Could not recommend more!

The staff made my transition from a house into an apartment seamless. There were minimal maintenance issue at move in and staff addressed them immediately. I highly recommend The Delano for your temporary or permanent home.
I have lived in so many crappy apartments in my time. This was absolutely the best apartment complex I Ever lived in. Quiet, safe, friendly, and management that cares. We had several maintenance issues that happen (as it will when living anywhere) and maintenance was on it immediately and fixed them Well (unlike some places where minimal is done). As far as apartment living goes, I would recommend this place to anyone! We will miss living here!

The Delano is a great place to live and has an amazing variety of apartments to choose from. They have one bedrooms, two bedrooms, three bedrooms, and four bedrooms! The upgrades that they have done are beautiful!
