I am always greeted courteously and professionally by DC Dentist staff. Dr. Victor is clearly very competent and about the business of ensuring that his patient's oral health and overall well-being needs are met. I have had 3 dental hygienist clean my teeth. I was skeptical about the last two because I was comfortable with the first one for a few years. She set high expectations. The first new person was great. Cheryl cleaned my teeth last week. I felt so welcome walking into The DC Dental Office! Dr. Terry is so easy to talk with and answered all of my questions! The staff were awesome and it felt like one big family! Highly recommend!!!
The staff is professional and great communicators. Dr. Victor is knowledgeable and has the BEST bedside manner I have ever experienced. He calming demeanor makes being at the dentist a less stressful experience. Five stars for me!
A bit of a disappointment while the staff and service was amazing! The dental hygienist was very informative and helpful and listened. And also share stories to make me feel comfortable and plan to continue my treatment. But to leave still having to find a dentist to extract my front tooth was a bummer. Since I was only coming in for an extraction, I would have liked to have my tooth extracted and then talk to me about more plans and what I needed to do but since my tooth was broken a simple extraction all I need it especial... read more
