Huge disappointment from such a luxury apartment. Jessica and Jaime are really rude, mean and ignorant.
RecommendedIt’s a beautiful place to live. The stuff is very polite and helpful. They do a lot of things for their residents, like brunch, pool party, game nights,.....and much more.
Love my apartment and the area! Always felt very safe there, never had a problem with anything breaking/maintenance issues! Would recommend!
When I was in search of a new apartment I had heard such great things about the Davis, from coworkers/friends who live in the complex. I toured the complex and loved everything it had to offer: amazing pool, lots of gym equipment, affordable prices, preferred employee application fee waived, and extremely friendly staff! We moved in this past August and LOVE where we live! I would absolutely recommend the Davis to anyone looking to move within the DFW area!
The Davis is hands down the best place I've ever lived. The staff is AWESOME! The office staff are the best and the maintenance is so fast. They have a lot of fun activities for the residents. I was the 1st tenant in my apartment. Then I moved out of town and when I came back, I came right back to The Davis! ❤❤❤ this place!!!

The Davis is amazing! Kyren made our move so easy and efficient. My boyfriend and I were having major problems trying to lease another place, but then we found The Davis! This is by far the best experience I have had with any apartment complex EVER! It is refreshing to have had such a pleasant customer service experience. Thank you Kyren!!
