I love tdm and recommend it to everyone who wants to feel stronger. After doing tdm I feel more energetic and much stronger. The instructors at the Mission Castro studio are amazing and the atmosphere is very friendly. I started my Saturday morning today with Brittany's class, which was the best class ever. And my daughter spent the hour with a very caring child care person at the studio. The class in the morning gave the best start for the weekend!
TDM has given me abs strong enough to withstand a 3-year-old jumping on my stomach.
