RecommendedI’ve been going to the Daliey Method for over 5 years. I try to go 5-7 days a week. It has been my go-to strength builder mentally and physically. The community is supportive, the teachers are the most well trained and knowledgeable in the city. These classes at M/C and Downtown Rincon blow away any of the competition. Give it a try I guarantee once you start going you will see why people are addicted. If you can do this, you can do anything and I’m 66!

RecommendedI've been going to the Dailey Method for 3 years, and I'm amazed by how much stronger I am. Weekly Dailey Barre classes helped me cope with a long term injury and now I can run 7 miles! I just took the new Dailey Fusion class with Brittany and it was literally the BEST class I've ever taken! I love this studio, the instructors, and how I feel after ever class!
