Rooms are nice and clean. The bartenders a the D long bar are fabulous. Their valet is a joke and the attendants are rude. You can never park in Valet unless you're staying there, at least that is what the attendants say but the manger of the valet service told me as long as you have a Player club card you can park in valet. I've told their horrible attendants this but I mine as well be talking to a tree. The D grill food is subpar at best and higher priced than it has been in the past. Why is a cup of coffee $4.00? Good hotel in the middle of everything. Wouldn't mine coming back.
Well if you want to be bit by bed bugs and then strip the sheet looking for the bed bugs and find DRIED BLOOD ON THE MATRESS COVER RIGHT BY YOUR FACE then stay here. Yep you heard me right. A giant splotch of SOMEONE ELSES BLOOD on the mattress that I slept in! The craziest part of this whole thing is that the hotel DID NOTHING FOR US. I had to fill out a security report and then they moved us rooms and took our clothes away from us to be laundered. It's 2 pm and we still don't have our clothes back. This happened at 7 am. Although I didn't stay at their hotel, I really enjoyed the atmosphere when I was there for drinks with my wife and friend! Bar staff was friendly and entertaining and itactually reminded me of what I miss from back home.
To be fair I wasn't there long enough to give a thorough opinion but for the time I was there it was great. Valet was on point, elevators were quick, rooms looked pleasant... BUT THE HIDDEN FEES ARE CRAP AND FALSE ADVERTISING OF ROOM SPECIALS!!!!!
Very fun and friendly staff and nice room. Would have given you 5 stars if the 7th floor room was so loud because of Fremont Street. Tip - provide complimentary ear plugs
You have to be kidding me . The room is old and need a new paint job , the TV is small and old . No table an only one chair in the room . Won't be coming here again . The pool is in the parking lot and small as hell . Think twice . Better place's to stay for the same price .
Wish i had more time to spend there. Definitely will go back
Wanted to walk in and use the bathroom with my 2 13 year old kids they said nope. Well no spending money hear. Stayed at the golden nugget more family friendly
