Great place for to stay to see Vegas! Experience all of Vegas, the fun on Fremont St., zip line, great food and slots! Woo hoo!
The rooms have been remodeled, since the last time we were here, no bands or Lounge here, it seems like they cater to the younger crowd, our Ice Machine was broke for the weekend on the 12th floor, and 11th floor, would I stay here again, Yes!
We were there July 1-8 and had a great time!! Checking in was a breeze with friendly people and correct room. Loved the location and atmosphere. Music was a little loud in some areas but it was good! Since we are night owls, our servers in the slots area were Kelly and Brigette , and they were awesome!! They were very personable and did great service! Kudos to them for helping us have a great time!! We will definitely stay here again, especially because we live just outside Detroit!
Unfortunately.. had to come home today after staying for the 1st time at the D. LOVED staying here..my husband and I have been coming to Vegas for 15 years at least 2 times a year for a week at a time. Never stayed downtown but wanted a change. Decided on the D. Have nothing but great things to say about the experience. Great staff all around from check in to housekeeping. King premium room was fabulous. Location...center of everything downtown. Basic cable. Basic wifi. Basic rooms. Basic food options. Better options in old town, but not the worst. If you're a light sleeper don't get a room on the west side of the tower. The live music stage in Fremont is LOUD!! 25 floors up and it was overpowering the TV.
The D is awesome. Friendly staff, great food, great drinks, and great games. The rooms were always cleaned and are quite large.
Great place to stay. Loved the location. Our room was great, the bathroom and shower gorgeous!
