The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Absolutely no customer service from the staff. My bill was screwed up multiple times and their way to correct it was to offer food and beverage credits which would have been okay if I actually got the credit. At check out I asked why the credits weren't reflected on my bill.. she said they would show up later but that never happened!! Great time! Awesome and friendly staff! The long bar is the place to be to watch the game, especially if you're a Lions fan.
The D is arrests a great time and their shows are easily some of the best in Vegas.
Didn't get a king bed like I had reserved, even though I had to pay a hefty down payment. Now I can't sleep because I'm over the loud lounge playing music until 2am....even though I was told I'd be in a quiet part of the hotel. Room is not great. Totally not impressed. �
Best place to stay and play in downtown Las Vegas. I would recommend to anybody who prefers the downtown experience to stay at the D.
We are here right now. This is the absolute worse place I have ever stayed, and I have traveled all over the world. We are here for our girlfriend's 40th birthday. We booked three non smoking, connected, double bed rooms for 12 of us over 5 months ago. We got here to check in last night, and all they had for us was 3 king rooms. We had two unable to come, but 3 king beds for 10 of us!!! All were smoking!!!!! Disgusting, horrible smelling rooms! Horrific customer service! And this is only half of it!
Never a bad experience here, gotta love the bang for your price. Newly renovated rooms with new carpet on 21st floor.
