My husband and I stayed 9/27-9/30. We made reservations through the d, and paid the deposit. In my notes I requested a high floor, and a birthday cake for my husband. Upon arrival we checked in, and was informed of the $100 deposit. We were given two room keys, and we went to the room. The elevator was really nice, and clean. Our room was on the 25th floor with a nice view of the mountains. It was very clean and the bathroom was really nice. The cake was wrong, but the issue was resolved. This place was awesome... The first room we were in was nothing spectacular... We chose to upgrade to a suite... Spectacular doesn't even describe it. Hotel staff very prompt and helpful. I believe the elevator guy was the nicest person hands down. Thanks So for making this vacation so wonderful
Stayed here for a couple nights and everything was great! Room had a great view of the mountains and the vibe was awesome. The staff (front desk/dealers/pit bosses/waitresses) were all really friendly. We will return!
