this was my third time staying here. I came to celebrate my 40th and the D went down big time. Very disappointed in our room we were told it would be a sweet over looking Freemont street instead ended up in a crappy room overlooking roof tops with. Our room never got cleaned people had a party next to us when I left in the morning someone was sitting outside my door. Seems like trash came in and ruined it. Hands down the Best hotel! We don't stay anywhere else. Great service from our casino host Tyler, the best drinks & entertainment @ the Long Bar, Bar Canada rocks, guest check-in is fast and friendly, the concierge is wonderful, the coffee stand is delicious with great service & choices... and I could never forget the GREAT service and GREAT food @ Andiamo's Steakhouse.
I made an attempt to book a room today and per Darlene players are not allowed to use comps towards smoking room and comps are only for players who do not require a smoking room. I guess I will continue to use my comps at MGM or Caesars properties who do not put restrictions on players comp usages.
