My husband goes through intense physical therapy after a traumatic accident. We booked this hotel that advertised a hot tub and fitness center because this is extremely important for his recovery. We paid the resort fee for the access and both are not working. No refund on resort fee. Our room had no hot water to the shower. The second day they switched us rooms. Misogynistic. The manager is a bigot
Absolutely amazing stay all because one person made us feel at home! Roy who is a bartender was Absolutely amazing and we would come back just because of him. Not only was he amazingly nice and remembered us but he was helpful and always made sure we were having the best experience. Roy deserves some recognition for how he treats guests and how much he loves to make sure his guests have an amazing time! We will definitely be back and hope he's there!
Very nice Hotel and Casino. Rooms are very nice and very comfortable beds. The Casino has every type of slot machine and has two levels of slot machines to choose From. The slot machines here are generous, so I recommend this Hotel and. Casino. When coming to Las Vegas even if you don’t choose the D for your hotel at least stop by the casino, you won’t be disappointed.
Room was clean and the staff was awesome! The old school horse racing machine was the best!!! Will definitely be back!
Great atmosphere, bartenders are on top of it, great variety of games.
