If I could give 0 stars I would. Hated everything about this place. And not friendly towards children at all. For many years I used to stay here when it was fitzgeralds. Had the opportunity to stay during their first year and will never, ever return. I walk past it every time, and I'm down there a lot.
The hotel and rooms are great! New one way entrance to the elevators stinks! Feel trapped and usually very warm. Security for guests are needed, room next to mine has screaming kids, kicking the wall, but only when they are not running in the hall and locked out by parents. These children are only about 6 and 4! Left to sit outside knocking on the door and crying.
Clean rooms nothing fancy. Cheap place to stay.
We stayed here for the weekend and we loved it. The service was fast, the food was good and everyone was friendly. Loved the bar, the bar tenders put up a great show with every mixed drink. The elevator issue has been fixed. The longest we waited was 2 minutes. The rooms were clean and everyone was friendly. Overall, I will stay here in the future.

Stayed in March. Loved the room but reeked of cigarettes in my non smoking room. Bought a small bottle of fabreeze went through half and half my perfume
