Where to begin? I love everything about this place. It's an experience, as co-owner Kyle Stewart would say. Not only do Kyle, Phil, and their staff provide excellent customer service; they also offer an educational approach to coffee and tea--something that sells a product, I feel, far better than any attempt to convince a customer to buy it from you. I've been going here for more than 2 years now, and I am obsessed with this place. I always have a fantastic experience there. I immediately felt at home when I first walked in, largely due to the two owners - Kyle and Phil - being so warm hearted and friendly. Spending time at The Cultured Cup was so enlightening and so much fun! I highly recommend scheduling a tea or coffee tasting with Kyle. He is so knowledgeable and just a fun person to be around!
