RecommendedAmazing personal service! They helped me via the phone pick out tea flavors for Fathers Day based on my husbands prior tea purchases. The packages were beautifully wrapped upon pickup. (All I had to do was sneak them into the house, past the sprinklers.)

The atmosphere was friendly, educational and very welcoming. A large selection of wonderful teas and knowledgeable staff makes this a must stop for tea enthusiasts of all levels, novice to expert. Will definitely visit again when back in the area.
On my last day in Dallas, Mindy took me to the Cultured Cup for an exquisite time. The owners, Phil and Kyle were so gracious and the tea was delightful! I will be back!
I attended a wonderful tea tasting at The Cultured Cup and went back the next day and brought my husband. Stephanie was so knowledgeable and helpful. We sampled a couple of teas and coffees and took a few things home with us. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for your great service and delicious, quality product.
Excellent place with staff that are experts at tea! I stopped by a couple of weeks ago. They helped me understand so much more about tea than I ever new. I will visit again!

It's a great experience. We run around like chickens these days and need a way to actually relax and enjoy a few minutes of tasty beverage!
I don’t take the time to write reviews, so this review is a big deal. This place is amazing! The moment I walked through the door they made every effort to make me feel welcomed and they even offered to make me complimentary tea. I bought 2 loose teas just to try it out. Not only is the tea way better than Teavana, but it is way less expensive. I highly recommend this place to all my tea drinkers.
