We lived here for two years and absolutely loved it! Only leaving because we’re moving out of state. It’s a very welcoming and quiet community, staff is very kind and it’s a safe area. Loved our time here and will miss it!
I’ve lived at Crowne at Grandview for three years and I’ve just renewed for a fourth year. There are many things I love about living here but I’ll hit the main points. 1) Maintenance needs are always addressed in a timely manner. When I’ve requested maintenance it’s either completed the same day or, in the event they need to order a part, it’s taken care of as soon as the part arrives. I have been here since March of 2023 (different units). I love everything about Crowne at Grandview. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Never had a problem with maintenance or getting questions answered. Noise is not an issue after hours. There are monthly gatherings for tenants. It’s a great place to live.
