I have lived here for four years and initially loved everything about this community. However, since the change in management, my experience has significantly declined. The new director, Jason, has completely shifted my perception of this place. Unfortunately, he appears indifferent to tenant concerns, rarely returns calls, and requires multiple follow-ups before responding. I just want to share on here that my parents have lived in these apartments for 14 years now (different units), but this place has went down hill. They have remodeled other units but won’t update my parents unit, I was just here having Christmas with them and noticed that the lights in the parking lot are now being switched to purple?! For one it’s not well lit up at night and is completely unsafe. Residents who have to go out at dark to walk their dog don’t have very good lighting and is an uneasy feeling at night.
