Good Place to Live! I have been living at The Crossings for almost two years now. I would like to comment on the maintenance staff to say that they provide the most excellent service I have ever received while living in an apartment. The complex is in the process of renovations and, despite this, any repair request I make is handled rapidly, if not on the day I submit it. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Although the neighbors and tenants living here are nice, the owners could care less about their property and people. We've been here over a year and when we signed a contract it was with the previous owner, which is why we moved here. Now, nothing gets done and they do not really care for the property. They have been storing construction equipment all over the complex taking up ample parking and causes trash to be blown all over the place. When the new company took over last year we discontinued the parking fee, and since it has been over a year none of our residents currently pay for parking. I love living here! I love my apartment. Plainsboro is a lovely town and the school system is superb. The area is very safe, I do not worry about crime, and that is very important to me. There is plenty of parking. The apartment is small, but quite adequate for my needs and has everything I need....I am especially appreciative of the in-unit stacking washer/dryer. Great complex Been living at the crossings for almost a year and love it! Very clean and well maintained facilities with lots to do! Comfortable and safe environment in a quaint neighbourhood. Great location close to everything!
