Greedy landlords While the apartment complex is decent the price point is outrageous. In 3 short years my rent increased by almost $700. How is that legal? The amenities are also not great. Gym is small and the pool has very obnoxious rules. In June it’s only open weekends. It’s closed by Labor Day and it opens from 12-8 and that’s if your lucky to get lifeguards because it’s also common to go and not be able to go in the pool because no life guard on duty.You have to get out of the pool for a 15 min EVERY hour on the hour a... read more

However, renewal increases are based on market conditions and comparables to other nearby apartment complexes in the area. This is a standard process within the industry. In addition there is a national life-guard shortage, which impacts the hours of operation for all pool companies. Nicely located, but huge problem with AC These apartment are nicely located near Lenape Trail and Plainsboro Plaza, but they have a huge problem with AC. The AC units are old, weak, and don't cool properly, especially if it's a 2nd floor apartment. We've been staying here for several years and our AC stopped working at least 10 times during hot summer days. And sometimes they were unable to fix it for more than 3-5 days, so that we had to move out and stay at a hotel.

Amazing place I recently relocated to the Crossings, and I am thoroughly satisfied with my choice to rent here. Horrible place Lived there from Jul’18 to Jul’19. A rat broke into my apartment, came at me and killed one of my parrots. The management somehow still found a way to blame me for it. Took them to court where their fancy lawyer tried everything in the book to throw at me. Overall, it’s a bunch of overpriced poorly-maintained apartments managed by a rude staff who couldn’t care less about you. Stay away if you care about your mental health.

Move-OUT Charges- Please be aware I stayed in the community for a long time and during my Move out , I was charged for every minor thing that was preexisting . We noticed those issues during our stay and reported to team and we were told over the period of time , the items get worst example- vanity ,bathtubs color, walls color will get black with moisture .there are many other issues which I don't want to write here. unfortunately I adjusted to stay in apartment with those issues and during my move-out , all charges are appl... read more

Beautiful Apartment and Community We’ve been living here for about a month and have been very happy with everything. The apartments are beautifully renovated and the appliances are new and energy efficient. The community is quiet and safe and the landscaping is gorgeous. There are an abundance of amenities as well and the location is great for commuters. Some of the best restaurants in Princeton are only a 10 minute drive away. I would highly recommend this complex.

Quiet and safe apartment Great location! Very close to Asian market and other stores, restaurants. The apartment is new and it's really very quiet. A lot parking space here and there is a trail I think but I haven't tried yet. Strong recommendation !

Best moving experience I discovered The Crossings at Plainsboro here on Apartments.com in April 2019. Made a quick call to their leasing office and scheduled a weekend viewing and tour of not only the apartment, but of the community as a whole. On the day of the viewing I was attended to by Bryan from the leasing office, and he was not only professional, but very patient and answered each and every question I had about The Crossings at Plainsboro. Great place to call home! Since I came to live at the Plainsboro Crossings in December 2016, I’ve always had Randy do the maintenance work in my apartment. I’m very particular about keeping my living space clean and organized as it’s my sanctuary, and Randy has helped to make it so. Over the past few years, Randy has installed water filters for me throughout my apartment, changed light bulbs, done minor paint jobs and most recently refitted a bracket on my wall – pretty much fixed a diy gone bad!
