Nice place to live It's located in a quiet, safe area in Plainsboro and have some shops, library and restaurant in a walking distance. Move-in process was smooth and whenever there is some issue, the office is quick to respond and fix the problem. It's also very clean as recently renovated. (no bugs or roaches found so far.) Clean, safe, and good service!

Do not live here! The "new" apartments are poorly thrown together...and they won't let you leave! Do not live here! The "new" apartments are poorly thrown together...and they won't let you leave! New shower installed at angle and floods bathroom every time. Upstairs shower leaked into our ceiling and the repair looks terrible! Upstairs dishwasher leaked into our kitchen ceiling! Water heater broke TWICE and flooded our apartment!! We are trying to leave and they have demanded 3 months rent which is just under $6000!!!!!!!

numerous problems with apartment - staff is nice though for staff, i would give 4 star and for apartment - i would give 1 start and i think it is fair

So happy we moved here! My husband and I lived in many apartments in Plainsboro and The Crossing has been the best. We came to view the apartment in February. Tania was very friendly and helpful. She found an apartment based on our needs. She kept us informed along the way. When we moved in the apartment was clean, newly renovated, and quiet. We couldn't ask for more. The landscaping is beautiful and location is walking distance to Plainsboro village. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Wonderful Place to Live My husband and I have lived in the Fox Run community for several years . Although the property has changed hands the one thing that remains consistent is the high level of service and commitment the residents receive from the onsite staff here at the newly named Crossings . Nothing worse than this Preparing a large place for a coming new born, we moved in their 2bd1br apartment recently. We choose this place because we saw a relatively good review. However, the first day we bringing our baby home from hospital, the ceiling of the bathroom was bulging and dripping like a waterfall, then finally almost falls off. We wanted to follow up with the issues mentioned within the review posted. After further investigation, we did have issues with the sewer lines that was caused by blockage. Good news is the sewer line never broke and we can prevent this situation from occurring again with one simple resolution. Management Issue I was misinformed of a rental price and put in an application. When I was told that the price would not be honored, I asked for a refund of the application fee. Only when I asked for that refund was the original rent offered again. They have no intention of refunding the fee, and I have no intention of living here! This type of treatment was a huge red flag. I'm here to be a squeaky wheel and to let this be a warning to the rest of you out there looking at this complex!

Good Place to Live! I have been living at The Crossings for almost two years now. I would like to comment on the maintenance staff to say that they provide the most excellent service I have ever received while living in an apartment. The complex is in the process of renovations and, despite this, any repair request I make is handled rapidly, if not on the day I submit it. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Although the neighbors and tenants living here are nice, the owners could care less about their property and people. We've been here over a year and when we signed a contract it was with the previous owner, which is why we moved here. Now, nothing gets done and they do not really care for the property. They have been storing construction equipment all over the complex taking up ample parking and causes trash to be blown all over the place.
