Been here for a year now and I have improved skills that I hadn’t improved in other CrossFit gyms in 3 years. The class times are the most convenient in the area (I’ve checked) and the coaching is top notch. Gymnastics and powerlifting are skills that you normally have to work on and here they offer specific classes for those skills twice per week. I highly recommend!!
The crossfit Squad is a huge family! The space is great, fully equipped, the coaches are awesome and highly professional and the members super friendly. Recommend 💯🏋️♀️
Best crossfit gym in the area, great coaches who constantly monitor your form to ensure you are doing it right. Also, no pressure to go heavy, work at your own pace and build your strength and endurance! Definitely recommend Squad!
