we were traveling through and stopped by for a drop in class. everyone was very friendly and Savannah was an excellent coach.
Great coaches, who are super helpful for beginners. They always have a scaled down option for those who are learning and building strength. I love the variety of workouts. Other members are welcoming and non-judgmental.
I dropped into this gym from a recommendation of Dr. Kyle Volstad, a physical therapist who’s office is at CrossFit Squad and I was absolutely pleased with the community and welcoming my fiancé and I received. The owner and coaches were very detailed and focused on their athletes in the warm up and during the wod exercise. 10/10 I would recommend and will be dropping in anytime we visit West Palm Beach! Definitely felt like a home away from home 🏡 ❤️👍

Dropped in for week while at a seminar, the staff & members were all extremely warm & welcoming. The facility is in excellent proximity to City Walk & has showers as well so you can come in, train & crush your day. Greatly appreciated the connections I made while dropping in!
