Dropping in for 3 days. Good warm up and stretching. Coaches were engaged and great location and box layout.
Dropped in for two workouts this weekend - Derek and staff were very friendly and the facility has everything you could want in a CF gym. Will definitely come back the next time I'm in the area.

I am proud to say i know these wonderful people at the crossfit squad. From my first day there i was welcomed with open arms. The instructors are great the owner is great i have never felt more welcome and comfortable while dying from the wod's.
Derek is amazing and motivates me to do my best and keep pushing myself
